We are looking for professional Wait Staff to serve meals and drinks to the patrons of our business.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure customer satisfaction and augment our establishment’s reputation.
We are looking for a Host or Hostess to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests.
Host/Hostess responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting
customers to the dining and bar areas. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people
skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure.
You should also be available to work in shifts.
Ultimately, you’ll ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests.
Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Seat all guests in a timely and courteous fashion. Clear extra settings if not needed. Present menu to each guest.
Keep work area/ podium clean and organized.
Communicate with manager on duty to ensure steady flow of dining guests.
Maintain waiting list of guests . It is the greeter’s responsibility to know what tables are available, how to seat guests alternately, ask server if they are able to take the table.
The server is responsible for pre-setting the restaurant, serving the meal courses, maintaining any side work stations,
clearing all tables during and after each meal and storing equipment towards the end of each shift in it’s proper place. Must be able to handle all guest requests and be available to work a flexible work schedule. The server is responsible for making guests feel welcome, comfortable and well attended at all time.
Answer telephones in courteous and professional manner. Take pick up and delivery orders with accuracy.
Approach all guests in a friendly, service oriented manner
Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items with silverware, glassware etc.
Complete all side work and cleaning duties as assigned.
Have full knowledge of entire menu, as well as specials and desserts.
Answer questions about menu items.
Check with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
Serve the food and beverage.
Prepare checks that itemize and total meal cost and taxes.
Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner.
Keep manager on duty informed of any matter that requires his or her attention.
Ensure compliance with all liquor laws ( TIP certification) and health / sanitation regulations.
Ensure that all restock and cleaning is performed.
Responsible for packaging and delivering our product in a safe timely fashion.
Perform side duties as assigned.
Must possess valid driver’s license, proof of current insurance and registration. Good driving record.
